नई दिल्ली : किंग्स इलेवन पंजाब के मनदीप सिंह ने बीते दिनों टीम की सह मालकिन प्रिटी जिंटा के साथ खूबसूरत तस्वीर शेयर की। दोनों की फोटो देखकर भारत के पूर्व ऑलराऊंडर युवराज सिंह ने ऐसा कमेंट किया जिसे पढ़कर लोग अपनी हंसी नहीं रोक पा रहे हैं। दरअसल, मनदीप ने उत फोटो पर कैप्शन दिया था-जारा। (बॉलीवुड फिल्म वीर- ज़ारा में प्रिटी का नाम) इस पर युवराज ने कमेंट करते लिखा- ते तू ज़ारा दा वीर (और तुम जारा के भाई)...
मनदीप कुछ महीने पहले इंस्टाग्राम पर डाली अपनी सिक्स पैक एब वाली फोटो के कारण भी चर्चा में आए थे। दरअसल, लॉकडाउन के दौरान मनदीप ने घर पर ही जमकर कसरत की थी। इस दौरान उन्होंने अपनी डाइट का जिक्र किया था। उन्होंने कहा- घर की बनी चीज ही आपको फिट शरीर दे सकती हैं।

I know a lot of cricketers or people who give up milk, wheat etc for a good body. I just wanted to tell my experience. In the past 4 months during lockdown, almost everyday I have had desi cow milk, desi ghee, makhan and whole-wheat but moderation is imp. I don't take any supplements, only protein powder daily. I'm a non veg lover, but during these past few months I've only been eating non-veg once a week. I personally believe that my body is in the best shape it's been in for a while. I eat "cheat meals" 2-3 times a week especially when I crave them because it's so important for our minds to be in a good space. As much as a healthy body is important, a healthy mind is also vital. And no matter what diet you follow, you have to train hard. I have been trying to follow a diet that won't just make me look strong, but will make me strong from within like eating local food. #eatlocalthinkglobal #desi ????

बता दें कि मनदीप 2010 से आईपीएल में बने हुए हैं। आरसीबी के बाद वह किंग्स इलेवन पंजाब से जुड़े हैं। उनके पिछले तीन सीजन अच्छे गए हैं। उन्होंने ओवरऑल 97 मैच खेले हैं जिनमें 22 की औसत से 1529 रन बनाए हैं। जिनमें पांच अर्धशतक दर्ज हैं। मनदीप 160 चौके और 33 छक्के भी लगा चुके हैं।
